Terms & Conditions

Departures:

To ensure passengers arrive on time for their flights. Passengers should aim to be ready and waiting outside their accommodation, or designated pickup address at least 5mins prior to their scheduled pickup time.

Payment:

Payment method is by credit or debit card.

Payment authorization is required at the time of booking. Your payment will be processed after we have confirmed your booking via email, SMS and phone. We will not be responsible for any bookings not confirmed.

Bookings:

After submitting your booking form, we will send you an email / SMS to inform you of the availability and to confirm your pickup time, and meeting address and associated details. 

Delays

Book your ride accepts no liability or responsibility for delayed or cancelled flights. If for any reason we fail to pick up our passengers on a designated date and time, we shall not be responsible for the payment of accommodation, airfares, train fares, bus fares or any related expenses.

Refunds

We will only provide a refund where we have failed to provide the service during our operating office hours

8.30am to- 5pm Monday to Friday and Saturday and Sunday10am to 2pm. Surcharge also applies on all public holidays

Cancellations: if you cancel within 7 days there is no charge. If you cancel 2 business days before your scheduled booking you will be charged a booking fee of 50 percent. The cancellation fee applies.

Book your Ride may at any time amend this website's terms and conditions without notice. All amendments are available to view on this website.
